World Prematurity Day on November 17 in 2023

November 17 is World Prematurity Day. Atom Medical Corporation will hold activities on the theme of "compassion and thanksgiving" and raise awareness of the issue of preterm birth and to express our gratitude to healthcare workers as a company engaged in neonatal care around the world.

■World Prematurity Day

One in ten babies in the world is born prematurely. Initiated by the European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (EFCNI) and partnering European parent organizations, World Prematurity Day is one of the most important days of the year to raise awareness of the challenges of preterm birth and the burden it imposes on society around the world. On this day, various activities related to preterm birth are carried out around the world, based on the symbol color purple.
