World Prematurity Day on November 17 in 2021

November 17 is World Prematurity Day. Initiated by the European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (EFCNI) and partnering European parent organizations, World Prematurity Day is one of the most important days of the year to raise awareness of the challenges of preterm birth and the burden it imposes on society around the world. On this day, various activities related to preterm birth are carried out around the world, based on the symbol color purple.


Same as last year, as a company engaged in neonatal care around the world, Atom Medical Corporation will hold activities to raise awareness of the issue of preterm birth and to express our gratitude to healthcare workers.


The following events will be held by Atom Medical for a week from November 15 to 19 in this year.


The entrance of the head office will be illuminated in purple.

From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the entrance of the head office will be illuminated in purple. Our factory in Cebu, Philippines will be illuminated as well.


The Atom Medical's offices in Japan will be decorated with purple balloons.

During the period, the Atom Medical's offices, factory and service center in Japan will be decorated with purple balloons.


Atom Medical employees will wear a purple tie.

During the period, Atom Medical employees will wear a purple tie or similar accessories in purple.
