Terms and Conditions of Use

1. These terms and conditions of use define the matters to be observed by people who use (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) the search system (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) that Atom Medical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides via our browser that contains the operation manual of the products we manufacture and sell, and the relationship between Users and the Company.
2. Users shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use when they commence use of the Service.
3. The Company does not guarantee that the Service is accurate, complete, valid, free from defects including bugs, free from infringement, and does not give any other warranties. Users shall use the Service at their own discretion and on their own responsibility.
4. We do not provide Users with any warranty with respect to accuracy or timeliness of the information obtained through the use of the Service.
5. The contents of the operation manuals provided as part of the Service may change without notice due to changes to product specifications, etc. Accordingly, the contents of the operation manuals provided as part of the Service may be different from those of the operation manuals provided with the products purchased by customers or that are currently available.
6. For the purpose of complementing the contents of operation manuals, additional printed materials may be provided with the products, or seals or stickers may be affixed to the products. Please note that not all such information is provided as part of the Service.
7. Of all the operation manuals of the products we manufacture and sell, we only place the ones containing data that can be provided. If you cannot find the product operation manual you are looking for, please contact our sales representative or the distributor.

8. Please note that some of the products for which operation manuals are provided as part of the Service may no longer be available for reasons such as product discontinuation.
9. Warnings, precautions, and units included in the operation manuals provided as part of the Service comply with the legal standards and the industry standards at the time the operation manuals were created. Please note that contents that are not up to date may still be included.
10. Operation manuals and the images provided as part of the Service belong to the Company or the people who granted licenses to the Company. They can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. They must not be duplicated in part or in whole, changed, redistributed, published without permission, or used to make duplicate documents for other purposes.
11. The Service may be suspended or terminated, or its contents may be changed without prior notice. In such cases, the Company will not compensate for any damage incurred by Users.
12. In the event that Users cause disadvantage or damage to the Company or third parties in connection with the Service, Users shall compensate for such disadvantage or damage at their own expense and responsibility.
13. The Company may revise these terms and conditions of use on a timely basis as needed. After revising these terms and conditions of use, the revised terms and conditions of use shall be applied to the relationship between Users and the Company. The Company shall notify Users of such changes via the method prescribed by the Company. After receiving notification of such changes, if Users use the Service, they shall be deemed to have agreed with the changes made to the terms and conditions of use.
14. Any and all disputes regarding these terms and conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event that a dispute arises in relation to these terms and conditions of use and the Service between the Company and Users, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court for the first trial.
